Please note that there are several registration form options. Please make sure to choose the correct one. If you are not sure, contact our office.

Individual Registration Form*

Please use this form for individual and group registrations where attendees will be submitting in their own registration form and payment.

Group Registration Forms*

Please use for groups where you are paying as a group and/or receiving scholarship. Two forms are needed - Group Registration Form AND Attendee Group List Form

* Payment

We can now take credit card payments on-line via PayPal. If you prefer, you may mail a check to the address indicated on the form and include a note with the name of the attendee. Also, you can pay by credit card by calling our offices and we can take credit card payments over the phone. Those registering as a group have the option of being group billed.

Scholarships to offset the cost of registration are available in several categories. Funding is limited so apply early.

Book Proposal Review (Entry deadline 1/31/12)

Are your working on a book - fiction or non fiction? SEA provides the opportunity for you to submit in a book proposal and have it reviewed prior to the conference and then during the event you have a chance to discuss it with a professional. See form for more details.

Dance - N - Jam

Friday evening we are looking for interested individuals and/or groups to perform. All vocal, instrumental, and dance groups are welcome. Space is limited. Please see entry form for more information.

Group Art Competition

This competition is separate from the Juried College Art Show. This competition allows schools to bring their top pieces to be judged as a whole. Space is limited. Please see entry form for more information.

Mock Auditions

During the conference attendees will have the chance to go through a "mock" audition. Open to all performing artists - dance, instrumental, vocal, and theater
